Important Information Concerning Adoption

Our policy-

1- When a family selects the puppy of their choice we require a non refundable deposit in the amount of $500. The deposit will only be reimbursed should the unlikely event of death or an unfavorable vet health check should occur.

2- The remaining balance is to be paid in cash on the day of pick, no exception.

3- We have an open door policy; meaning if your situation changes and you’re no longer able to care for your puppy that you bring him/her back to our home at your own expense. We do not buy back puppies. We never want one of our previous babies to end up at the shelter. As soon as your pet is surrendered we will  assume ownership and place them with an appropriate family.

4- We will never allow a puppy to leave our home before they’re 8 weeks old.

5- Prices listed for available puppies are pet prices only. Unless otherwise agreed upon we carry a strict spay/neuter requirement which is listed on our contract.

6- Hernia’s are common in small breeds because the breeder often hand delivers the puppy which can cause a pull to the umbilical cord. While this is unintentional it can occur. Hernia’s can be repaired by your vet during the spay/neuter process if recommended.

7- We provide 4 dewormings, 1 vaccine at 6 weeks, health check at 7 weeks. 

8- From the time your puppy is vaccinated we allow free reign through our home for lots of socialization and outside play (weather permitting). Prior to vaccination all puppies are cuddled and loved through out the day by all members of our family.
